-Assist in implementing new campus recruiting system-Drive new college graduates to apply -Educate various campuses of campus representative position and instill them with skills to recruit in their territory

-Manage and maintain social media efforts by increasing followings and interactions while implementing record system-Implement highly functioning inventory and orders spreadsheet for in-house and vendor marketing merchandise -Build strong relationships with customers by increasing efficiency with enrollment, freezes, cancellations and overall customer retention tactics -Aid the NEXT committee with planning and executing the Annual End of the Year company wide conference

-Coordinate camp locations and parent information distribution -Lead sales force by driving registrations from events, referrals and previous camp interactions -Assist in planning and executing fundraising events

-Facilitate customer relationships and implement new ways to increase member retention-Drive new member enrollment through membership sales-Manage facility maintenance and cleanliness

-Increase health and fitness awareness to elementary aged at risk students-Implement lesson plans and assist students in course work studies

-Provide friendly customer service by aiding customers with inquiries and payments-Distribute branded merchandize to local businesses and customers -Create mailings and quotes to drive in new customers
