The Shoreby Club is a hospitality company specializing in superior dining, social, and recreational experiences to its membership. As a receptionist at the Club, I am qualified to operate and handle the multi-line phone system, and am responsible for relaying messages, transferring calls, and scheduling appointments as directed by management. I must also understand and remain knowledgeable on the Club's history and its amenities to ensure that I can respond to guest's and member's inquiries skillfully and efficiently. At Shoreby, there are five overnight suites that are managed and booked by the receptionist. This requires constant awareness of the rooms' status and memorization skills to assure prospective guests will receive the most accurate information on each room's measurements, view, bed size, price, etc. As a receptionist at The Shoreby Club, I have utilized, enhanced, and gained critical skills in hospitality, communication, multitasking, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Jonas Management System.

The Shoreby Club is a hospitality company specializing in superior dining, social, and recreational experiences to its membership.My primary responsibilities as a banquet server are to serve members and guests professionally and skillfully, anticipate and prepare for guests' requests and needs, and assist in the setup, breakdown, and reset of Shoreby's banquet area—which expands throughout the mansion and onto the bluff and patio area. My role also requires superb customer service skills to ensure that the high-quality expectations of the Club are met and exceeded at every event. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also maintained and enforced the new social distancing and sanitation policies.By banquet serving at The Shoreby Club, I have utilized, enhanced, and gained critical skills in hospitality, customer service, intuitive thinking, multitasking, communication, efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.

As the Head Guard at the pool, I am responsible for managing the lifeguard staff and ensuring that each team member welcomes guests, knows the necessary safety skills, and fosters a healthy work environment. My duties include scheduling staff, checking and balancing the pool chemistry, beach check-up and clean-up, and laundry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also maintained and enforced the new social distancing and sanitation policies. In addition to being Head Guard, I am also a certified swim instructor, which allows me to offer one-on-one swim lessons to the member's children and grandchildren. As a swim instructor, I conduct encouraging and informative lessons while promoting an atmosphere of safety and fun in the pool area.By being the Head Lifeguard at The Shoreby Club, I have utilized and enhanced critical skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, organization, and Excel.

Proformex is the leading Inforce Management platform offering data aggregation, analytics, and portfolio monitoring for life insurance and annuities.As an intern at Proformex, I collaborated with many company teams, most notably the Engineering team, the Customer Success team, and the Marketing team. Throughout the internship, I analyzed business goals and objectives to refine key performance and user metrics, as well as assisted in gathering critical data from insurance carriers to improve customer experience. I also performed research and analysis in support of various company teams and helped update Proformex's database by reformatting the default policy information of the portals of 100+ clients.At Proformex, I utilized and enhanced my Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Pendo, Jira, Confluence, and Hubspot knowledge and skills.

Wilson-Bennett Technology, Inc. specializes in phonathon management services and focuses on creating a culture of philanthropy centered around community, connectivity, and cooperation.As a Maroon Line Ambassador for UChicago, I contacted alumni, parents, and University associates over the phone to update information, solicit support for student scholarships, and build lasting connections. In this position, I received and processed over $8,000 in donations and contributions for the University. As an Ambassador, I was trusted to communicate with those I called confidently and respectfully and handle their personal information confidentially. The Maroon Line is vital for the University as it is the primary and most effective way funds are raised for academic programs and student scholarships. During my time as a Maroon Line Ambassador, I participated in the annual Giving Day event, in which we called and accepted donations for 24 hours in support of the University. At the end of the 2021 Giving Day, the total amount raised exceeded $9.8 million.
