Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing fundraising/development strategies to increase donor, member, and volunteer engagement in support of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center's (IPCC) mission to preserve and perpetuate Pueblo culture. Coordinates all aspects of IPCC key signature events, support activities to raise revenue from individuals by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective donors, and serve as a liaison to businesses, organizations and/or individuals who support the IPCC. Oversee the IPCC Volunteer Program including recruitment, training, managing and recognition of volunteers' within the program. Manage membership services including oversight of program, cultivating and building member engagement, and oversee corporate partnership planning.

Directly oversee all aspects of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center volunteer and membership programs from recruitment to retention. I work with the museum team to support the IPCC mission by coordinating volunteer and docent efforts. I maintain membership information and implement special member events and opportunities.I coordinate the volunteer meetings, communication, educational opportunities, and specific museum training to ensure volunteers are adequately prepared to support the IPCC mission. As well as establishing rapport with the volunteers through meaningful actions and communication to support the overall strategic initiative of the IPCC.I develop and implement membership recruitment initiatives. On an on-going basis, I review the membership benefits and structure to enhance member opportunities for the organization, such as coordinating and implementing member only events/experiences for the IPCC.

Responsible for the development, coordination, administration, documentation, and implementation of the revitalization effort for Grants MainStreet Project. As the Executive Director, I initiate and coordinate a wide range of projects, from supervising promotional activities to assembling market data. Develop strategies for preservation-based economic development in collaboration with the board of directors. Manage the administrative aspects of the revitalization program. Develop and conduct ongoing public awareness and educational programs designed to create appreciation and awareness of the Grants MainStreet District. Promote and Advocate the goals, achievements, and objectives in an effort for a better understanding of the program. Assess and develop capacity of district businesses institutions, and groups to carry out joint improvement activities. Assist individual tenants or property owners with physical improvement projects. Help build strong, productive working relationships among partners. Develop and maintain systems to tract the progress of Grants MainStreet program. Represent Grants MainStreet at the local, state, and national levels. Coordinate the activities of Grants MainStreet committees (Organization, Design, Promotions, & Economic Restruturing). It is the Executive Director's role to expand and develop volunteer capacity and ensure that committee activity is moving smoothly. Serve as a facilitator, coordinating people and resources to help committee volunteers work efficiently and productively.
