Bianca L. Mitchell is the HR Project Lead in Littleton, CO focusing on innovation, change, and digital transformation initiatives for HR Management and Operations. She is also the HR DX lead, Power Up project manager, and an LM Guru coach for emerging leaders within Space. Bianca first joined Lockheed Martin in 2016 supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program for Strategic Weapons Facility-Atlantic at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. In this capacity, she worked as a program planner and as the LMLA professional development lead before transitioning into project management for HR. She's originally from the northeast and received her Bachelor’s at the University of Connecticut. Her passion for innovation, leadership, training, and development drove her to pursue and earn her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on Leading Innovation at the University of Colorado-Boulder. She also holds a PHR (Professional in HR) certification, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Lean Six Sigma (LM21) Green Belt. When not working or studying, Bianca enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking at home or dining out with friends, cycling on her Peloton, and binge-watching Netflix.
