I direct and coordinate the development of the product/process and coordinate activities to achieve the objectives defined by the program focused on both production readiness and customer satisfaction, support during start-up and guarantee a successful launch. I am responsible for APQP, PPAPS to tier 1, tier 2, and I do analysis 8Ds and problem solving

Responsibilities and main achievements: Assure the quality for NPI programs (New Product Introduction) for multiple production lines of appliances for both national and international markets, work and communicate with GE to plan and launch quality strategies for the release of new designs and technological changes, approve and prepare the assembly stations.

Responsibilities and main achievements: Decrease the defectindex by 55%, with the implementation of quality improvements,achieving greater productivity in cut and crimping area. Duties: Assure the quality of the product using 5W, Ishikawa,analysis and solution for root causes, develop and monitorPFMEA´s, design and deploy Control Plans, use Kaizen mindset toreduce PPMS, lead teams, coordinate internal audits and monitorthe norm IATF 16949. Develop quality standards, release newprocesses, and manage of staff/personnel.
