- Benefits Management:• Managing service provider contracts, including health, dental, and life insurance plans;• Participation in health committees for service improvements;• Issuing reports and billing control;• Supervising regular inspections to ensure contractual compliance;• Developing policies for new benefits.- Payroll:• Providing support to employees and managers regarding vacations, terminations, and benefits;• Calculating and processing payments, including vacations and terminations;• Accounting reconciliations and electronic timekeeping treatment;• Updating organizational charts and managerial reports.Development:• Managing KPIs such as turnover, overtime, and occupational health;• Preparation of detailed reports and documents for internal audits;• Negotiating with vendors and preparing bids for projects;• Supporting internal campaigns and events.

• Handling reimbursements with health insurance provider and life insurance claims;• Analysis and verification of monthly billing, including allocation;• Daily data entry into the system and support for employees;• Collection and analysis of data for leadership reports;• Contract analysis and management of departmental KPIs;• Support for internal events and participation in health committees for improvements in wellness programs.
