A Creative Studio for Creative Beings.Through my solo creative practice I work with businesses, brands, and individuals to help them articulate an expression of themselves they want to lean into – and then we create it together. This looks like: discovery workshops, open conversations and cocreating briefs – and then doing the work: brand identity design, communication design, wordsmithing, web building, placemaking and more. I love working with people who don't want to compromise the WAY they do business for the sake of growth - but rather seek to do it differently, creating balance between values-based processes, and the practicality of running a profitable operation. Brand, communication, and creativity are ALL catalysts towards that ideal state - they amplify your efforts, wins hearts and minds, and work for you when you're not in the room. I've always wanted to try blending creative work and science (I love both). It's why I joined Envirosuite. Hits different to your typical commercial studio vibe. And there's so much cool stuff to learn, entirely outside of the normal realms of 'graphic design'. Some pies I've got my fingers in at the moment: • Preparing our design systems to scale (brand guidelines for a 99% non-designer audience) • Pressure-testing our brand identity (how well can non-designer employees use what we've got?) • Building a home for our internal sales academy (from digital architecture and content flow, to building the intranet site in collaboration w GLobal Sales Enablement Manager) • Leading the company values project: activating change from a foundational level up (from research, internal interviews and global workshops > new values > launch plan > implementation)• Exploring our internal brand + how breaking the rules can lead to better engagement (slow down Nelly, I just mean from a design point of view) • Building a brand identity and conference experience for FORUM25, to be held in EU & US• Participating in the Sustainability pilot program with Kandu.Earth • D.U.A (Design as Usual) - aka the 'graphic design' stuff

Thryve is a community of like-minded business coaches, mentors & creative professionals. We're building an ecosystem of practice that lets us offer an integrated experience for clients across all business services. As a co-creator, I work in partnership with other practitioners. Tillman Creative Co. is a branding, design & mural studio. In my role at TCC I worked on branding, design and illustration projects and paint large-scale murals alongside TCC director, Kiel. TCC is all about pushing the envelope to encourage a creative approach to business, to question the status quo and have fun along the way.

As Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead I worked across the entire client portfolio on all areas of design, working closely with marketers, copywriters, designers and digital specialists. In my role as Lead I analysed, developed, implemented systems and processes to improve productivity, quality of work, and team coherency. A key priority was integrating the creative team into strategy and process at every level, advocating for brand-led marketing, and initiating brand strategy as a new service offering. I drove the ideation, innovation and expansion of new and existing business services, and worked with the leadership team to refine the business and brand strategy, market position and future direction. This was a really transformational role. I started with LTM in its infancy (in a team of just 3), then built my skills with the business as we scaled up to 10+. If I didn’t know how to do something, I had to learn on the go – which has been an invaluable lesson and a skill/mindset I now treasure.
