Authored sections of a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement for the Buffalo Consolidated Development Framework which includes updates to the citywide zoning code, and defines policies for citywide land uses including waterfront development and brownfield remediation and reuse. Revised environmental documents for waterfront development including a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program and Harbor Management Plan under supervision. Created a Disposition and Management/Reuse Plan form for the Buffalo, Erie, Niagara Land Improvement Corporation – a regional land bank for foreclosed and vacant properties.

Collected data, maintained geodatabases and analyzed geospatial information. Prepared GIS maps to evaluate health provider data and assess economic impacts on WNY

Collected and interpreted data, and prepared informative reports to objectively disseminate policy/planning related information on the Buffalo Niagara region. Developed a planning inventory and conducted analyses of municipal planning documents within Erie and Niagara Counties to develop a Regional Plan for Sustainable Development.

Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to aid in the transformation of the Perry Choice neighborhood with HUD Choice Neighborhood funding.
