-Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional, effective, and efficient client care, administration, documentation.-Submit talent placement leads to graduate students and report data analysis to leadership team on weekly basis.-Serve as ambassador to all student questions relating to state regulations and licensing.-Organize, review and submit student enrollment forms.-Ensure that the TWC laws and regulations for Texas are met and maintain a 65% placement rating-Work collaboratively to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policies and procedure.-Partner with and coordinate various internal and external colleagues for initiatives, trainings and presentations.Talent Acquisition:-Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth.-Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means.-Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team in developing our Employment Branding Strategy.-Help to build team structures, understanding the “right fit” in candidates and sourcing the very best talent to fill open positions.-Understanding of the brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador to all new hires-Network through industry, contacts, and employees to identify possible candidates.-Assisted in managing phone interviews, video interviews and onsite interviews.-Conducted interviews and often gave potential candidates a tour of our facility.-Managed multiple candidates for several job posting at one time.-Identified job openings across the United States for all of our graduates.-Send out weekly updates of new job posting to (1000) students per week.-Organize and arrange job openings by region and state, only sending leads to prospects within matching areas.
