Coordinated all aspects of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation's Anti-Bullying Institute. This consisted of facilitating bullying prevention parent classes, kindness events and services geared toward youth, professional development webinars, and an annual Bullying Prevention Conference. In addition to this programming, RMCCF offered support groups, yearly lectures and events, and scholarships for youth and working individuals within Riverside County.

Prepared and conducted both English and Spanish In-Home Supportive Services Provider Orientations orally throughout all of Riverside County. Explained to groups of approximately 20-50 prospective providers accurately and effectively the requirements of their employment and other pertinent information in regards to that. Scheduled prospective providers for orientations daily, in person and over the phone. Prepared and assisted with the set- up of forms, materials, and training rooms for current and upcoming provider orientations. Worked within a team environment and individually to make sure orientations run accordingly. Interacted with other departmental staff on a daily basis via email or phone professionally and respectfully to meet customer’s needs. Received IHSS provider forms and followed up with them via mail and/or phone in regards to requirements being met for employment. Gathered sufficient information to process prospective provider’s paperwork to start receiving payment. Assisted clients on a walk in basis to gather personal documentation such as Identification cards, Social Security cards, and necessary forms to be completed for employment. If help was needed in completing application for IHSS program, providers are assisted individually and questions are answered thoroughly. Certified through the Department of Justice to roll fingerprints and assist with the scheduling of Live Scan appointments. Verified in the Case Management Information and Payroll System (CMIPS II) daily, if prospective IHSS providers have cleared through the Department of Justice to move along with next step in employment process. Operated a variety of equipment such as fax machines, copiers/ scanners, laptops, projectors, and multi-line telephones.
