Bianca Malinowski is an actress/filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Daughter of a Polish diplomat and Puerto Rican school teacher, Bianca grew up in East Texas of all places. She studied Theatre and Multimedia at St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. Bianca’s career initially took off as an actress. Her film “Bound to Vengeance” premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival. Some of her other credits include recurring roles on AMC’s “Halt and Catch Fire”, ABC’s “Nashville” and the new “MacGyver” for CBS. Shortly after beginning her career in acting, Bianca knew she had an interest in working behind the camera. In 2011 she founded Lightworker Entertainment, a production company devoted to raising the human consciousness through film and television. In 2013 she starred and produced in the viral sci-fi short “Beyond”, which was later optioned by SyFy Universal. Recently, Bianca created “Women’s Fake News”, a live streaming news show centered around women’s issues, for the Nerdist Alpha Channel. Elizabeth Bank’s online platform, Whohaha, recognized Bianca as one of their “Women Who are Funny AF”.
