Hi, All! I am Bianca Wilson and i am an exceptional skilled nurse with 13 years of care delivery and nurse management with a healthcare IT focus. I have a knack for grasping technical knowledge which has allowed me to maximize the IT capabilities of several organizations. I am great at partnering with staff and members of leadership teams to create synergy, and in training enterprise users on EMR systems. In addition to building unified strategies to continually improve the preforms of staff across all healthcare disciplines, and have been responsible for building, training, and optimizing the performance of 400+ direct care team members in my career so far. Currently I am the only systems administrator for 20+ office members, 4 directors, 6 managers, and 3 C suite leadership staff, and 200+ team members across 4 disciplines and 5 departments who give direct care to 420+ patients . In addition I am the sole systems operator for our EMR preforming the day- to-day function for said teams such as, creating and maintaining the database via data entry and engineering, for leadership performing quality assurance reporting with the use of Excel and MySQL for data analysis, Tableau, and KPI, troubleshooting,, helpdesk functions, and managing the AD. A little about me, I'm a southern lady who's an avid cooking enthusiast (I'm from Louisiana- its a way of life lol), lover of travel vlogs and traveling (Bahamas is my favorite place), a K-drama fiend ( Mr. Sunshine and the Kingdom are a MUST WATCH), and a newly certified GYM BRO!!
