Exploring Lipid Technology: Advancements and Innovations in New Fat Development and Modification

Overseeing the production process of Skimmed milk concentrate (RO) and Anhydrous Milk fat to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards following the SOPs and meet customer specifications. I'm also involved in managing a team of over 100 production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently. Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure that all products are delivered to customers and relevant stakeholders on time and meet their expectations. Also involved in maintaining accurate production records and preparing reports for management review.

At present, I’m handling the North region dairies. I basically look after CIP and overall quality of dairy machineries, equipments and pipelines after using the various range of chemicals manufactured by Satol Chemicals. I have experienced and carried out various full process CIP trials in reputed dairy plants and MCCs across the North region (Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana)

In Verka Hoshiarpur Dairy, I was looking after the production of Milk Powders (SMP), Kheer, Ghee, White Butter, Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Buttermilk, Lassi and packing of pouch milk as per the market demand. Amidst of looking after the overall production in my shift, I was also responsible for manpower planning and timely dispatch and handover of optimum quality products to the marketing department for sending it to the market. I directly reported to the Production Manager and the General Manager of the particular dairy plant of Punjab Cooperative.
