Project Management and Lead Engineering for Owner's Engineer Mission of 210MW combined cycle power project, Gabon.Other job responsibilities are preparation of detailed project report, designed basis report, feasibility study report for power plants. Analysis of combined cycle power plant through 'Thermoflow' modelling. Design document (like P&ID, PFD, Layout, Isometric, DBR, Schedule, Specifications, etc.) review and comment for following power projects; 1. Tihama (stage-II) cogeneration project, Saudi Arabia, 2. 2x350MW Jorf Lasfer at Morocco, 3. 1x700MW KPCL at Bellary.Worked as Lead Mechanical Engineer in Marafiq Project as Owner Engineer for 2850MW IWPP and the responsibility was Project management, Drawings and Procedures review, Site execution & commissioning monitoring. Witnessing MCCR. Responsible for punch list and warranty related issues. Monitoring of defect rectification works for gas turbines, gas compressors, circulating water pumps, HRSG (sea water ingress through ST condenser in Block#4 units), etc. during commissioning and interim operation period.

MARAFIQ IWPP (2743 MWe and 800000 m3/day desalination water MED).Project management, Drawings and Procedures review, Site execution & commissioning monitoring. Witnessing MCCR.Responsible for punch list and warranty related issues.

2x77MW coal fired power plant, Hindustan Zinc Limited, Rajasthan, India. Commissioning, Trouble shoot & interim operation of BOP packages, that includes WTP, DM plant, HVAC, Cooling tower & CW system, Misc. pumps and LP piping, Ash Handling system. Preparation of PG test procedures, Operating procedures, Start-up & shutdown check list2x210MW coal fired power plant, UPRVUNL - Unit III & IV, Jhansi, India. Worked as Commissioning Manager for BOP systems; includes WT & DM plant, DMCCW, CW, ACW & IDCT, Compressed Air, Misc. Pumps, Boiler water & Cooling water dosing systems, etc.2x300MW Coal fired Boiler & BOP in WBPDCL, Sagardighi, India. Pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance to complete plant.Review of BOP systems for 1st unit2x45MW - HMCPCL, Haldia, India. Design review for various packages like; cooling water system, Boiler Feed & Plant water system, Compressed air system, Misc. pumps. Field engineering.Commissioning lead of BOP systems. Site management, Field engineering, Billing & Scheduling were another part of my responsibilities

Commissioning of 2x45MW steam turbine, Gas fired Boilers and complete Utilities

4x250MW coal fired power plant. Study of various bids/ tenders and preparation of techno-commercial comparatives for various packages.Review & finalisation of BOP packages specification and drawings/PIDs with consultant.Reviewing technical offer and technical clarification/discussion with various bidders.

Shift Operation of 2x210MW coal based thermal power plant as Control Engineer. Involved in improvement of plant PLF and efficiency. Worked as Site In-charge and was looking after all site activities like managing other employees, co-ordination with HO and Client, Invoicing, Payment collection, Salary disbursement, etc.

30MW Steam turbine & CFBC Boiler. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of CFBC boiler ( 135tph at 66kg/cm2 ). Commissioning of steam turbine & generator (BHEL make), with electro-hydraulic governor & inbuilt vibration monitoring system. Activities also includes steam line blowing, chemical flushing of condensate & feed water lines. Commissioning of Ash handling, Compressed air & HVAC system. Operation of the plant in DCS as SHIFT INCHARGE.

2x11MW (1x11MW per site) Steam turbine generator with FBC boiler. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of FBC boiler ( 52tph at 43kg/cm2 ). Commissioning of ESP & Ash handling system. Commissioning of 2 x 11MW (Skoda make) steam turbine and its auxiliaries.O&M as SHIFT INCHARGE.

Dismantling of a 5MW condensing turbine and erection supervision & commissioning of 5MW Triveni make back pressure Steam turbine with controlled extraction turbine with electronic governor & inbuilt vibration monitoring system independently. Job also includes erection & testing of pipe lines, steam blowing & lube oil flushing as Lead Project EngineerMaintenance & overhauling of 3x5MW Steam Turbine & its auxiliaries. Maintenance of DM plant & RO plantProject Engineer for 20MW captive power plant comprising of CFBC boiler and back pressure steam turbine.
