Business Link is a non-profit organization founded by and for students. With the mission “Better next generation”, Business Link was founded in May 2009 with its primary objective to help Vietnamese students to learn from and connect with foreign business people, through 4 types of event: Talk, Skill Workshop, Field Trip, and Coffee Talk. (100% English environment)Achievements: + Lead the team to organize 20 events of all types from May 2009 to Feb 2011. Attracted 281 student’s visits and 32 foreign Speakers and Guest of Honour visits. Connected 167 students with foreign business people for knowledge/ skills/ inspiration/ friendship and further learning. +Improved English communication skill+Enhanced leadership skill+Improved teamwork and project managementResponsibilities: * Plan Business Link projects and events.* Manage, train and inspire the team to achieve the mission.* Coordinator with Guest speaker * Design promotional materials

http://saigonchildren.com/Achievements: + Contribute to Cyclo Challenge 2010 in raising $60,000USD for children in South Vietnam by calling 50 racing teams to join the event.+ Obtain first-hand experience in organizing the 10th Saigon Cyclo Challenge - the biggest charity sports event in HCMC.Responsibilities: - Coordinate with team from 50 companies/ business groups in preparing and racing. - Assist Race Manager in designing games, race format and other arrangements for the event.

Achievements: + Improve customer service quality of Learning and Development Team, serve more staff in more efficient ways.+ Master ExcelResponsibilities: - Deal with HSBC e-learning system and support solving problems involved employees' learning and development.- Handle preparation, assistance, evaluation for each classroom training for 15-40 staff- Help Operations Team deal with Social Insurance paperwork.
