-Materials Engineer responsible for monitoring all materials incorporated into the Fort McHenry Tunnel Construction Project and coordinating materials clearances with the State Highway Administration.Oversight of two soils labs and a concrete testing lab which operated on a 24 hr. basis, 365 days per year. Also supervised a staff of, as many as, 18 technicians at the peak of construction Bolton Hill Station & Tunnels-Chief Inspector responsible for coordination of the activities of the Inspection Staff comprised of civil, architechtural, mechanical, electrical and third party inspectors. Aspects of the projects included shield driven tunnels under compressed air, complex mechanical and electrical systems for traction power and tie breaker and emergency trip stations, ventilation shafts and archechtural finishes.
