As a founding member of Amini LLC, I have over thirty years of trial and arbitration experience. I specialize in complex commercial disputes and have secured victories worth hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients.My career began at large corporate law firms, and I quickly realized that a boutique environment was where I could truly make a difference. In 1993, I established my flagship firm with the conviction that a small, agile team of talented, trial-ready attorneys is ideal in handling complex litigation. This has proven to be one of the most pivotal decisions of my career. In October 2019, I co-founded Amini LLC alongside Avery Samet and Lita Beth Wright, and we have built a superior track record since.Our team has secured critical victories in federal district and bankruptcy courts across the country, as well as in state commercial courts in New York, Connecticut, and Delaware. I've successfully argued in international courts including the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and the ICC, and handled appeals in the 2nd and 5th Circuits, the New York Appellate Divisions, and the Supreme Court of Delaware.
