Overall 35 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas Industry in various capacities. I was HOD of “Alternate Energy i.e. Waste to Energy including Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) and SATAT” in the Business Development Group of Indian Oil Corporation Limited as General Manager (Alternate Energy), Corporate Office. The entire SATAT Scheme (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) which was launched on behalf of Petroleum & Natural Gas Ministry on 1st of October 2018, was conceived and drafted by team under my leadership including entire project policies & frame work for successful PAN India implementation. The SATAT Scheme is the noble Scheme of Govt of India which fulfil the aspirations of various schemes like Swatch Bharat, AtmaNirbhar Bharat, Make in India, Increased Rural Economy, Organic Farming, Reductions in Carbon emission and achieving Net Zero target, Reductions in import of Fossil Fuel. My team was also responsible for ensuring the setting up of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) plants across India on behalf of IOC and making all marketing arrangements for the offtake of CBG and formulating policies for Fermented Organic Manure. Till now India has commissioned 38 CBG plants also commissioned more than 52 CBG Retail Outlets and issued more than 3000 LOIs against the set targets of 5000 CBG Plants.I was also leading as Director in Indian Oil Panipat Power Consortium Limited, which is a Joint Venture Company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Marubeni Corporation (MC), Japan. It was incorporated in the year 1999 for the purpose of setting up a power project at Panipat, Haryana. I was discharging my duties as per the business mandate given by the parent company Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
