My Job is to carry out sales and marketing activities. It involves Strategizing, Planning, Forecasting and ensuring that I and my team meet the company's sales objectives. I also handle clients, Vendors communicating with them and ensuring a good working relationship. I also work closely with other employees in our departments to ensure implementation of overall objectives. I keep track of client information, write reports and forecast future trends in client needs. I follow sales leads, analyze sales trends, carry out market research and act as representatives of the organization at various events such as trade events. I also motivate, train and supervise the Field Managers, Sales Officers who reports to me so that they can be more productive and efficient in their Job.
