Conducted domestic inquiries and responded to the complaints and notices.• Set up workflows for various client engagements including pre-review coding (basic metadata fields, bates stamping etc), responsive and privilege review, fact development and drafting of memorandums.• Handling other functions like staffing projections and balanced project staffing, managing hiring workflow, training and development for the team and providing opportunity for organic growth and keeping tab on project margins and profitability.QualificationsBachelors in law (TMU), MBA in finance (Pondicherry University), PGD in labor law (ILI), Certified six sigma green belt holder (Indian Statistical Institute), B.Com in accounting (PU), CS professional level and perusing Senior Management Programme from IIM, Nagpur. Also, received Brainspace certifications ( Analyst, Specialist, and Administrator)
