 Cross verification of Runsheet’s data of the ODHs along with Amazon and Flipkart Data.
 Passing entries of Cashbook, Bankbook, Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payments of day to day transactions of the business.
Preparation of Conversion Report of Delivery Associate on real time.
 Preparation of TDS, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on monthly basis.
 Reconciliation of Bank and branch balances of the ODH and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
 Preparation of Profit & Loss A/c for ODHs of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Safe Express, Fleet.
 Real Time Payment monitoring to the internal and external stakeholders of the business for smooth functioning.
 Preparation of Salary for Inhouse staff and Commission to Delivery Associate for the ODHs of Amazon,
Flipkart, Myntra, Safe Express, Fleet on monthly basis.
 Preparation of Estimated Budget & Profit Forecasting Report (PFR) for the ODHs of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Safe Express and Fleet.
 Preparation of monthly review of cost with actual manpower for the ODHs.
 Seasonal preparation of Bonus & Incentive for the employees of the ODHs.
 Directly visiting the ODHs and conducting Physical Asset Verification. Show less
