Currently, I’m following Buyer’s: Wal- Mart - Canada, La-redoute -France, Solo Invest- France, Lidl- GermanyItem: Woven Tops & Bottoms. Duties/Responsibilities:• Developing new samples, executing sample orders.• Costing.• Sourcing - Fabrics, yarn, accessories & others required all kinds of raw materials for inquiry to order.• Booking - Can prepare fabric, accessories and all other materials booking.• Order input, publish, amendment in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.• Communication - Independently & directly communicated with buyers, their nominated agents, vendors & suppliers respectively.• Have been preparing a complete & realistic Time & Action Calendar once confirming any order to execute the order smoothly & in order to ship out within buyers` time frame.• Have been implementing buyers` compliance (as per buyers` requirement).• Production plan - Preparing a realistic production plan prior to start bulk production for each & every style just to ship goods within buyers` time frame.• Liaison with all concern.• Coordinating with the production & QA team to solve out day to day raising all problems.• Export L/C, BTB L/C & documents operating with Commercial team.• Organizing & attending buyers` meetings.

Followed Buyer’s: Jhk Trader S.L -Spain, Academy- United States of AmericaItem: T/polo shirt/ trouser, suite Jacket/ pant, pullover/ cardigan/ Troyer. Duties/Responsibilities:• Sample follow-up.• Measuring sample and quality check.• Programming.• Raw materials / Accessories arrangement• Update in production status.• Communication with sub-contractors, processing units & other 3rd parties• Following quality assurance procedures, quality control procedures• Export L/C, BTB L/C & documents operating with Commercial team.• Organizing & attending buyers` meetings.• Liaison with all concern.

Followed Buyer’s: ALDI (North Dpt.) – GermanyItem: T/polo shirt/ trouser, suite Jacket/ pant, pullover/ cardigan/ Troyer.Duties/Responsibilities:• Sample follow-up.• Lab-dips check.• Sending samples & swatches to buyer by preparing (a) forwarding (b) invoice (c) AWB (DHL)• Update in production status.• Communicate with both buyer and supplier regarding comments and if other issue required• QC file follow-up.• Shipment booking & Lab test follow- up.
