CurrentProvide outstanding technical and general support to customers regarding internet, mobile network, and account issues through phone, email, or SMS. Configure and analyze routers, VOIP systems, mobile networks, and email. Recommend routers, VOIP services, and internet and mobile plans based on customer needs. Address and resolve issues related to NBN technologies such as FTTN, FTTB, FTTP, and Fixed Wireless. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems such as IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, router configuration, switches, and VOIP handsets.
