As a Telecommunications Technician and a Managing Director at Silvertone Construction Pty Ltd, I have a variety of skills and experiences in the construction and telecommunications industries. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the quality and efficiency of my work. I have a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from The Imperial College of Australia, where I learned how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot nbn infrastructure, including FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, and N to P or C to P technologies. I also have a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from Southern Cross University, where I developed my skills in Generative AI which I use to create innovative solutions for complex problems. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Construction Management at Deakin University, where I aim to enhance my knowledge and skills in building, planning, and managing residential and commercial projects. I have successfully led a team of technicians working with BSA for nbn installation, where we increased the customer satisfaction rate and reduced the error rate.I have also built and managed multiple residential homes and trades work, such as bricklaying, concreting, painting, tilers and landscaping as a member of ABCB housing and NCC 2022.
