As a Human Resource and Finance Director at Subh-eNoor Foundation, I oversee the organization's human and financial resources and ensure they align with its mission and vision. Subh-eNoor Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides education and health services to underprivileged communities in Pakistan. I have been working with this organization for over 15 years, leading a team of HR and finance professionals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate the organization's HR and financial strategies, programs, and operations.I am also pursuing my PhD in Business Administration at Al-Madinah International University Malaysia, with a focus on employee benefits, dispute management, and human resources policies and practices. My passion for management sciences and my vision to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the field drive me to conduct rigorous and relevant research that can inform and improve the HR and finance functions in the non-profit sector. I aim to complete my PhD by 2023 and continue to apply my skills and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of the people and communities that Subh-eNoor Foundation serves.
