I am a civil engineering graduate from Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE, Dubai, with a keen interest in project management and quality control. I have recently completed a three-month stint as a Project Supervisor at Samaa al falaa, a leading construction company in the UAE, where I managed and supervised multiple projects, overseeing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.In my role as a Project Supervisor, I collaborated closely with clients to understand project requirements, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. I also conducted thorough site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Additionally, I proactively managed procurement activities, negotiating contracts and optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards. I implemented effective quality control measures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and resolving any issues with sub-contractors or suppliers. I have developed strong skills in attention to detail, learning, and client communication, which I believe are essential for any successful project manager. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to a diverse and dynamic team.
