As a cook at Cipriani, I create delicious dishes for the guests using my skills in food preparation and cooking. I joined Cipriani in Oct 2023, after working at ZUMA Restaurants, a Michelin Turkey Recommended restaurant, as a grill cook. There, I learned how to use the Robata, a traditional Japanese charcoal grill, to prepare exquisite meat and seafood dishesI am also completed a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Dokuz Eylül University, where I learned about the art and science of food and cuisine. I am passionate about exploring new flavors, cultures, and techniques, and I have obtained multiple certifications in food safety, hygiene, and ISO22000. My goal is to deliver satisfaction to the customers, and to grow as a professional in the culinary industry.
