David co-founded CaseLines, a cloud-based SaaS solution, now owned by Thomson Reuters. The system supports litigators and prosecutors to manage remote and in-person hearings by preparing and delivering hearing files and presenting documentary and video evidence. CaseLines is used by arbitrators, courts, prosecutors, lawyers and general counsel for civil, child and juvenile protection and tribunal cases in California, Texas, and Arizona, as well as Ontario, Canada and many other courts around the world and for all felony cases in Britain.For over 10 years David has been at the forefront of innovation in the justice sector, helping lawyers and courts adopt new cloud technologies and to innovate their business processes. He brings unrivalled international experience, having worked with courts, judges, prosecutors and law firms across 3 continents to reimagine justice systems.David sits on the Board of the IJIS Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit association of industry vendors and government bodies, where he Chairs the Courts Advisory Committee.
