Provide job development services to vocational rehabilitation clients.

I was responsible for developing a school master schedule for 150 teachers and 2000 students, through a process involving directors of curriculum, the Guidance Department, and the high school administrative team, primarily the principal. The curriculum was determined by the directors after we gathered the student data collected by guidance and approved by the principal. The master schedule was then developed by me through a process known as a conflict matrix, using a SASI software database. I also was responsible for all student, academic, attendance reports generated throughout the year.

The Guidance Director supervised the staff in meeting all program objectives, coordinating all standardized testing for the district, coordinated the Special Review Assessment for high school seniors developed the master schedule for the school and coordinated the scholarship awards for graduating seniors.

The guidance counselor managed a student caseload of about 300 students. In addition, I coordinated the Union County College Fair Consortium, facilitated the college application process, served as liaison for the vocational school and the armed services and developed workshops on financial aid, career assessments, and the college search process.
