I started at the bank 14 years ago and have advanced from Business Analyst to IT Manager. I have an accounting degree and started in the Treasury department at the end of 2009. I transitioned to the IT department 8 years ago and have lead the data warehouse team for 5 years.I manage strategy and design for the data warehouse department at the bank. Our teams consist of data analysts, engineers, developers, data modelers, data architects, and project managers and maintain extensive documentation of architecture, data flow diagrams, requirements, mapping, QA, metadata, lineage and change control documents.I provide strategy for a department of 30+ with direct reports across the world. We are fast, nimble, and proud of what we have created. We are the data solving group for the bank and our problem solving abilities are highly sought after at the bank.Our department is involved with very large and some small projects across the bank to bring in new source data. We built a 360 degree view of our customer including all products, services, call activity, complaints, website activity, applications, interest rates, financial modeling, financial reporting, analytical reporting, and data governance.We have over 2000+ daily jobs in the warehouse and it is our job to get data to the website and to customer service before the day starts.

In this role, I was the data lead for the capital markets' and secondary markets’ back-office settlement database. I built various automated source data for daily settlement and monthly accounting and financial reporting.

I worked on several Contracts for Robert Half consisting of accounting and finance work. I handled month-end close, FP&A, financial statement preparation, job costing, contract accounting, and financial analysis.

I was a financial analyst in the sales support area. I managed revenue budgets and forecasts as well as Financial Planning and Analysis for revenue. I worked with small businesses to help them align to a more efficient shop.

While undertaking various accounting roles, I performed budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, month end close and financial reporting, providing insights into company performance, operations, and cash flow. I aggregated business intelligence data to produce reports and presentations. I presented financial data to groups of 50 clients or more at our annual customer conference.
