Food Truck Assistant Manager

Line cook/prep cook. Worked all stations on the line. Cook all ifems to proper temps and plated all orders. Ran Grill fry, and Flat top checked orders to ensure they were correct and placed order in window for waitresses. Cleaned and sanitized work station and set up station for next shift. Also did all hot prep that included making soups from scratch, mac and cheese, macaroni and pot salad and more. These were all made from scratch. Opened and closed the restaurant.

Learned all stations on the line, grill, flat top, fryer. Prepared all menu items in a Timely manner and to correct temp. Cleaned and restocked stations on the line. Cooked for large parties amd banquets. Worked opening and closing shifts. Prepped for all shifts.

Took calls from customers to schedule Geek Squad service. As market analyst i worked with the field managers in the South East US and Purto Rico to examine trends in the markets and how to better schedule techs to optimize their times to loeer drive times and allow more work that can be completed.

Managed production of aerospace pressure transducers. Aided in the start up of the aerospace division launch. Ensured production flow ran smoothly to ensure products were produced on time at a high quality for our customers. As product manager I worked on marketing and sales of the aerospace product line. Worked closely with our customers, NASA, TRW, Lockheed, Boeing, Hamilto Standard, GE and more to make sure we got them the correct product for the application they were using. Speced in product and provided all bids and bid packages to them. As QC Manager I developed and installed an ISO 9001 quality system as we needed to have this to win Aerospace contracts. As ISO 9001 system was put in and complied with our reworks were drastically reduced improving total quality, reducing build times and increasing overall profits.
