Roles & Responsibilities• Co-located at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Technical Center as a resident engineer offering technical support and initial point-of-contact for instrument clusters for North American vehicle designs.• Chair recurring meetings with Fiat Chrysler and Continental engineering including program coordination, quality/warranty, and monthly senior management review.• Utilize Vector CANilizer and CANoe software tools to evaluate, validate, and troubleshoot clusters during the development and production process.• Advance the development of cluster performance specifications to satisfy environmental needs during vehicle development process (ex: audio chime levels, interior lighting, etc.) • Lead DFMEA meetings with Fiat Chrysler and Continental prior to design freeze and throughout design validation and process verification testing.

Roles & Responsibilities• Co-located at DaimlerChrysler Technical Center as customer liaison offering technical support for Boston Acoustics premium audio design of DSP amplified sound systems.• Author of DVP&R for amplifier-bracket and subwoofer enclosure assemblies; responsible for managing DV testing, addressing design related issues, and reporting progress and results to DaimlerChrysler.• Champion of Design FMEA for amplifier-bracket assemblies and subwoofer enclosure assemblies; responsible for managing, updating, and reporting and/or reviewing changes with DaimlerChrysler and/or VCA or ISO Auditor.• Designed and released speakers, speaker spacers, and amplifier-bracket assemblies for 04.5-06my Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products, introducing Boston Acoustics into OEM automotive market.• Designed and released 8-inch dual-voice coil subwoofer enclosure and amplifier assembly for the 2003my Ford Focus premium sound system.• Project leader for 2002my Special Edition Ford Focus MACH Premium Audio System.

Roles & Responsibilities• Worked with manufacturing plant on improving assembly process and trained lead final assembly electrical engineer and manufacturing technicians on servicing plant radio failures. • Temporarily co-located at 6 Body and Assembly plants during 1999MY Launch assuring proper handling and installation as well as troubleshooting fallout to expedite corrective design actions.• Manufactured subsystem breadboard for audio systems for 1997 UN93, Windstar, and Econoline
