Industrial Storage Specialist
Current-Design, sell, and install industrial storage systems throughout Wisconsin and the UP. Including pallet racking, shelving and drawers, mezzanines, modular in-plant buildings, wire partitions, VLMs, and AS/RS systems.-Consult with clients to understand their unique storage needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.-Leverage extensive knowledge of storage solutions, including high-density shelving, automated systems like Modula and Spacesaver, and custom racking systems, to develop strategies that optimize client facilities.-Conduct comprehensive assessments of client sites to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative storage solutions that reduce costs and enhance productivity.-Collaborate closely with clients in various industries, including industrial, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and cold storage to deliver customized solutions that meet specific regulatory and operational requirements.-Utilize a consultative sales approach, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning storage solutions to support their success.-Provide expert guidance on the latest trends and best practices in storage and inventory management, ensuring clients stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge.-Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of storage solutions, meeting client deadlines and exceeding expectations.-Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by staying updated on new technologies and solutions in the storage industry, attending training sessions, and gaining certifications.-Maintain a strong client satisfaction rate by delivering high-quality solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and consistently achieving client retention and referral goals.
