Bill serves on the Board of the Shell Alumni Association of Greater Houston (SAAGH). He has served on the Board as President and Chairman for two terms and from 2003 to 2012, as Vice-President Membership and as Corporate Secretary. Shell Alumni Association is a non-profit organization of about 1,400 Shell retirees and their spouses.Bill worked for Shell Oil Company for over 30 years. He also served as Venture Manager of a joint venture between Shell and Union Carbide, president of Royal Lubricants, president of Seadrift Polypropylene Co., and executive vice president and director of Shell Polypropylene Company. After he “retired” from Shell Bill became CEO, President and Director of Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation, a Partner and Director of Cambridge CEO Partners, a Financial Advisor, and a consultant in areas in which he had business experience. He has served on five Boards of Directors and five Advisory Boards.Bill has enjoyed serving as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Greater Houston for ten years, helping Donor Relations with their corporate campaigns. He has worked primarily on Top 100 accounts. The corporate campaigns for which Bill was responsible have raised over $75 million.
