In running a marketing department I focus on getting the basics in place and producing cost-effective results and then scaling up from there. My Marketing Communications efforts focus on clear, persuasive selling messages delivered in an image enhancing manner. Selling is the first priority that must be served by attractive, engaging messages. At the core of my marketing success has been my ability, through data analysis, to gain an understanding of the consumer’s buying mentality which enables developing the ideal positioning and guides all message formation. I don’t mind working hard, but prefer working smart because the main goal is productivity. I am always looking for better ways of getting things done. Another vital skill has been the ability to work well with creative people and to elicit their best efforts.
