Product Manager / Technology Implementation • Business lead responsible for implementing core technologies supporting Home Mortgage originations. Directly responsible for time/budget considerations, for risk identification, issue remediation & timely delivery for all key business and regulatory driven technology projects. • Facilitated engagement between the business line , PMO, technology vendor and the risk teams to create and deliver end to end solutions including development of the workflow model, defining / approving business requirements, project scope / budget control, validation of testing output and training / deployment. • Responsible for identification of products / vendors to support all phases of the mortgage lifecycle, engaging with both vendors and the LOS providers to insure a seamless integration that manages risk while maximizing the lender / customer experience.

Lead a collaborative program with the Federal Reserve in Boston to create the Mortgage Relief Fund; a first in the nation outreach program targeting sub-prime ARM loans for refinance in to more appropriate loan programs.

Secondary Marketing, Credit Risk and Product Development • Managed the daily hedging strategy through securities trades, cash sales and options, pricing and best execution analysis to maximize profitability and minimize risk exposure generating consistent returns despite periods of extreme market volatility. • Structured and managed over $3B in flow servicing transactions to maximize profitability. • Managed all phases of product development by leading a cross functional team through the process from end to end for product identification, investor negotiation, requirement design, system design , sales training, development of operational procedures, creation of legal documents and system enhancements to insure all products meet the organizations sales, profitability and regulatory objectives.
