TMS’s advisory services are provided via CONSULTING, COACHING, COMMUNICATIONS. TMS’s Consulting Services include loan origination growth strategies, operational “health checks” and operational efficiency reviews, from loan origination through loan servicing. While one of its key objectives is to increase net bottom-line earnings, TMS desires to help clients create a collaborative and cohesive corporate culture where ALL employees are valued and involved in determining the best workflow processes that will result in loans funding on time with the least amount of “friction” creating the greatest number of satisfied repeat customers possible.
