I have the amazing opportunity and privilege to serve our national ministry with strategic leadership for spiritual engagement of the nation, while leading an incredible team of Pastors and Pastoral Care Team members serving hundreds of thousands per year in prayer and spiritual guidance through all forms of media.

1,200 Average Sunday AttendanceSupervised staff Congregational Care and Women's Ministry leadership Have led multiple staff improvements and staff transitions, including the development and implementation of performance improvement plans. Built Equipping Ministry and Teaching Team to strengthen Bible Literacy for 100+ attenders.  Established an 4/5 Events Team for outreach to the community, including recruiting, equipping, and leading a volunteer team that executes multiple events throughout the year.  Established and developed the Men’s Ministry (C3 Men) and Team.  Recruit, equip, and encourage men. Developed a unified ministry mission statement: Transformed Men Making a Difference, cast vision, and help each man to discover and apply their unique spiritual gifts, personalities, and passions to transform other men to lead and make a difference in God’s kingdom.  Built an Equipping Ministry and Team with several offerings, including Biblical manhood, sexual integrity, marriage, and Biblical Discipleship.  Retreat Speaking, Ministry of Prayer for Men. Led Mission Trips to Lithuania, Mexico Lead a weekly discipleship group with a focus on reflection, integrity, and discovering how the Holy Spirit is working in the lives of each member.  Helped develop and established a Regional Men’s Pastor Group (Sacramento Area Men’s Ministry Network) to train Men’s Ministry Leaders and Pastors. Plan and host an annual Regional Men’s Conference that is attended by 300 - 500 men. Serve as M/C of conference & seminar speaker on topics including Leadership, Building Intimacy with Christ, Discipleship, Marriage, and Sexual Integrity. Weekly upfront leadership and teaching during Sunday morning services. Officiate at multiple weddings, memorials, sermon delivery and baptisms. Speaker at Men’s Breakfasts for local churches in the Sacramento region.
