Supporting a number of business risk projects including changes required for Consumer Credit.Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Transaction Services (TS) Business. Compliance advice to the TS business on the existing product suite in respect of new and revised regulations. Interpreting and advising the business using extensive product knowledge to help the TS Business develop new products that are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. Guidance to new product development and product/process work streams providing challenge and sign off.Interaction with both the FCA and PRA in the UK supporting senior executives in C&C and thematic meetings and managing thematic reviews and requests for information.Previous experience has included Data Privacy Manager, Compliance manager for the Banks Personal and Commercial Cards businesses, and also the banks former merchant acquiring business, Streamline; Development of the retail banks 'Treating Customers Fairly' strategy.Historically I was in retail branch banking and a retail service centre where I was manager of the overseas payments department
