As an accomplished and seasoned Operations Professional, I have been a part of and have led highly productive teams in the areas of Operations Management and Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, Sales Management, and Staff Development. I am a performance driven individual with a strong work ethic and background that demonstrates progressive leadership and problem solving skills in all aspects of management that contribute to increased performance and improved results. My passion for leadership and teamwork can be traced back to my pre-professional days. I have always had a unique obsession for being detailed oriented during stressful work environments. For example, when I was a waiter in my youth, I led the planning for a large rush at the Massapequa Diner during each shift. I made sure that every necessary stock item was readily available and could last through the strong rush periods so that that all the focus and attention was placed on the customer’s needs. I always excelled at keeping the staff engaged and being fully prepared while keeping things fun and loose in stressful environments. Those experiences fused with others encompass my business acumen.Outside of the office, education has always been important to me. I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University in Business Administration where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted as a Member of the Delta Mu Delta, National Honors Society.
