As a Select Account Manager at Cisco I support 6 accounts with revenues up to $15 Billion and some of those accounts have a global presence. Building strong relationships with my customers is critical. My customers come first and I ensure that Cisco and my teams activities are directly aligned to the specific business requirements of my customers. I leverage our Partner Channel to procure and deliver our solutions and services. As customers invest in Cisco it is imperative that I ensure the transaction is in my customers best interest and is a good business transaction for our Partner and Cisco. Post transaction I ensure my teams are working closely with the customer and our partner to ensure the solution is delivered as promised. During the times challenges are presented I meet them head on, engage the necessary resources and support at Cisco until resolved.
