Responsible for rapid and thorough product testing and certification for America’s leading producer of locks and locking hardware. Led and managed two electromechanical test labs (Indiana and Colorado) comprising 19,000 square feet, twenty-five team members, and an annual budget of $3.5 million.

Managed a department of three engineers and two technicians charged with the duty of establishing, monitoring, and constantly improving product reliability for the $120MM Cable Networks Division.

Supervised the Reliability Test Lab (including HALT) and one failure analysis technician. Designed, conducted, and documented various product reliability tests and failure analyses for leading manufacturer of RF communications test equipment.
