Some of the Daily Duties include but weren't limited to:• Responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to assure project completion in a safe, profitable, and quality manner• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company’s non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, or contractors, to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. • Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
