• Some of the Daily Duties include but weren't limited to:
• Responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to assure project completion in a safe, profitable, and quality manner
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company’s non-harassment and nondiscrimination.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, or contractors, to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. See more occupations related to this task.
