Find and develop new business for Planned Maintenance contracts.

As an Inside Sales Associate I worked closely with customers and colleagues to help build relationships with new and existing customers, while trying to reach our organizational goals within a professional business atmosphere. I represent the Mobile, and New Orleans branches which are two of the busiest, and most productive branches at ModSpace.My daily responsibilites include: helping customers understand the benefits and many different products that ModSpace has to offer. Creating quotes and leases with the intent of earning a repeat customer. Using teamwork between the different branches and myself to make every deal as smooth as possible. This includes coordinating with the branches to prepare units, coordinate deliveries, and create repeat business along with renewed leases. Other responsibilities include keeping a good relationship with current customers, cold calling new potential customers, organizing leads on salesforce.com, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
