Responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of print solutions demonstrations. Assist with the design, installation, and ongoing support of the audio/video presentation and control system used in the Briefing Center. Provide real-time adjustments during briefings to maximize audio quality for in-room participants as well as those connected via conference line. Support multiple laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers running various operating systems and VMs as part of room infrastructure and demonstrations. Perform regular room maintenance and upgrades. Primary contact for all outside service providers and contractors related to day-to-day operations as well as upgrade and in-room construction projects.

Manage a diverse team of technicians in support of all voice, network, ISDN, and video cabling on corporate campus covering more than 1.5 million square feet. Act as primary site contact for all projects involving end-user station, conference room, and lab cabling. Manage headcount, payroll, vacation tracking, and perform regular reviews of all Black Box technicians on site.
