His three decades in leading the design of multi-million dollar projects domestically and internationally provide him with the knowledge and experience to deliver innovative and profitable design solutions. He was a pioneer in the Asian market as a Principal at Callison Architecture and led design teams to the successful completion of numerous mixed-use developments in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Asian markets. Bill’s focus on design quality and cost effectiveness has also demonstrated success for internationally renowned clients based in the United States such as South Coast Plaza, Taubman, Westfield, Macerich, General Growth and GE Investment to mention of few.As a Market and Design Lead at MulvannyG2 Architecture, Bill led project design teams and worked collaboratively with firm leaders to re-create their brand identity and expand the firm's client base and market share.In addition to the diverse range of commercial developments, Bill has designed and developed several residential projects. He specializes in designing custom homes and has developed several high quality homes in prominent San Diego communities.
