Employed as part of the Deutsche Post DHL (DP DHL) Insurance and Risk Management team with primary responsibility in overseeing and managing the Global Employee Benefits Program. The overall program currently writes in excess of Euro 120m of annualized benefits premium for DPDHL entities in over 107 countries around the world. Currently, the program produces cost savings of over EUR 20 million per year versus local market alternatives.In cooperation with global HR , involved in the development and implementation of DPDHL's global Health & Well-being initiative. To date, the programme has been introduced to DPDHL entities via local tailored solutions that factor the use of ICD10 claims data for the purposes of targeting key health claim drivers and maximizing ROI. Over 40 countries are currently participating and are incentivised by the discounting of healthcare insurance premiums.Additional responsibilities includes the oversight and management of the Global Accident Program and Directors & Officers Liability Insurance Scheme
