Managed all operations of a 4,600 capacity amphitheater in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, Pier 6 Concert Pavilion. Oversaw day of show operations including an event staff of 75-100 employees (ushers, security, stagehands, catering etc.), Artist and Guest relations, Box Office and Ticketmaster sales, DOS budgets and contracts, artist settlement, merchandise sales, ground transportation, and more. Liaison to the Mayor of Baltimore’s Office, Baltimore Office of Promotion, venue sponsors, PR and marketing partners, as well as various civic groups in the adjacent neighborhoods. Collaborated with MEG staff in NYC and local venue partners to create a state of the art facility through an $8 million venue renovation and a new and dynamic programming approach which strengthened the economic value of the Inner Harbor in Downtown Baltimore. Assisted Director of Sponsorship at Woodstock 1999 Festival. Spent the winters assisting various departments at the Concert Division HQ in Montclair.
