Serve as the Leesburg District representative on a nine-member board to create policy, modify existing policy, set goals and priorities, and approve budget for a public school system serving over 70,000 students, with 10,000 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly one billion dollars. Create customized rulebases, screens and flows in Oracle Policy Modeling environment to meet policy automation needs and expectations of customer.

Work directly with client Drug Enforcement Administration in the office of Chief Counsel. Respond to inquiries from Federal Prosecutors regarding potential impeachment material which might be discoverable if DEA agents and chemists were to testify at trial.
