In this position, I led a team of two analysts in support of a JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) ERP system.My team's main duty was managing application security for an 1,100+ user computer system with users in 10 countries. I worked closely with internal and external audit departments to ensure day-to-day security needs were met as well as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.I was in charge of routing, escalating, and troubleshooting all help desk tickets for the JD Edwards system. During builds to test and production systems I managed and documented package builds and SQL updates. Lastly, I was in charge of managing, documenting, and executing the QA process that was used worldwide.
